Welcome!
RoBoat Robotics is a team of multidisciplinary, STEM, college students which founded in 2021 at South Dakota School of Mines. Our members learned how to perform various tasks and skills, like coding, project management, and 3D modeling. We use these skills to prepare for the RoboBoat Competition held in Florida each year. The competition challenges us to create a small autonomous boat, which navigates through a course performing various tasks. These tasks include obstacle detection and avoidance, navigation, and targeting.
